July truly stands as the queen of summer months on Dartmoor. Everything is just about peeking in green delight, warm days give ample opportunity for wild swimming in the rivers, the bracken has turned jungle like and the grass sways tall with ripe seed heads catching the morning dew- a stunning site as the sun rises. This is also a wonderful time of year to meander on gentle evening strolls as the sun sets turning the hills a golden purple hue.

Start time: Totnes station on Saturday the 11th. 12.00 am.

End time: Totnes station Monday the 13th. 4.00 pm.

The 9.03 am train from London Paddington will get you to Totnes 11.52 am
